In the event, the buyer is displeased with their product, the buyer can raise a complaint within 24 Hours from the time of Email Delivery by emailing [email protected]
The complaints received via the support section or email will be further Investigated.
The buyer will be provided with the response to the complaint within 72 Hours from the time Pcgameskey receives the buyer’s complaint.
Due to the digital nature of the products sold on Pcgameskey, we may not offer refunds or accept any cancellation for orders once placed or delivered by Email.
1) If the buyer has bought the wrong product by mistake or hasn’t read the product description/ Specs before ordering ( Including but not limited to Region, Language, Platform, Minimum System Requirements, etc.
2) If the buyer has already redeemed the digital product key/code
3) In case of an already-used code problem the buyer has to raise a complaint within 24 hours of receiving the code so we can investigate it. After 24 Hours the decision would solely Be upon the vendor.
1)The replacement product in the case the purchased product had any defects or was different from the Product description;
2) In the case a replacement cannot be granted, a refund of the sale price will be provided;
Please note: In case of any refund, the full sale price will be refunded to the original method of payment. Please allow 10 to 14 working days for the refund credit to appear in your account. While we regret any inconvenience caused by this time frame, it is the bank’s policy that delays the refund timing and we have no control over that.
